Belgrade
Belgrade is the capital of Serbia and its largest city. It is one of the oldest European cities. The city lies at the confluence of the Sava and Danube rivers, where the Pannonian Plain meets the Balkans. Belgrade is famous worldwide for offering a colourful nightlife. Throughout the city, there are many clubs that are open until dawn.
The world’s most famous tourist magazine Lonely Planet placed Belgrade at the top of its list of the most raving party cities in the world..
The best-known are the clubs on barges along the banks of the Sava and Danube.
Visitors who are more into the traditional Serbian nightlife should spend nights in Skadarlija, an old bohemian street, where poets and artists used to gather at the turn of the 20th century.
